Philadelphia's finest brewing company has relocated all operations to an existing facility located at 5th and Spring Garden. All MEP systems were upgraded and modified to suit the needs of the new tap room, private event space, and production spaces. Shakespeare Cafe4,800 SF Renovation
Philadelphia, PA The existing 2Ø, 5-wire electrical service was modified and reused to serve the new store. New electrical distribution was provided throughout. The new HVAC duct work was closely coordinated with the architect to achieve required headroom in the rear mezzanine section. The plumbing systems were modified to create two bathrooms and a dishwashing room on the mezzanine. New emergency lighting, fire alarm, and fire protection systems were provided throughout the space. |

Philadelphia, PA The new building at the corner of 22nd and South Streets will include four floors of one and two-bedroom apartments above a single commercial tenant on the first floor. The building also features a roof deck with views of center city. Conditioning of the building is achieved with a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system. Condensers are located on the roof and ductless terminal units are located in the apartments and common areas. Required ventilation air is supplied via a dedicated outdoor air unit. Canine Partners for Life (CPL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to training service dogs, home companion dogs, and residential companion dogs to assist individuals who have a wide range of physical and cognitive disabilities. The existing building will be completely renovated and will include an addition that will more than double the usable square footage. The building will house program and administrative staff for CPL. |

Located in Kensington the renovated building is home to the Stateside tasting room and bar, a sleek, high-ceiling room outfitted with a marble counter, a handmade marquee sign and a kitchen for preparing food.
